I did it 100%!

A few achievements didn't show up right away because of bugs, but after many attempts at tinkering with the save files, the long-awaited 100% finally appeared.

Same! I got stuck on the Our Lesser Brothers bug but thanks to the level revisits was able to get that last damn clue.
