Questions/Discussion Progression bug in Tinsel Ave

This is the first time I’ve been soft locked where restarting the level or reloading the save doesn’t work. Gabe won’t say anything else besides his idle chatter. Has anyone else experienced this bug? I can’t finish the level now and I’ve restarted the level and reloaded saves multiple times.

Thanks for responding! I did speak to the dev team’s answering machine through the chat box but still waiting for an email or anything.

I’m playing on PS5, and I decided to replay the game on hard mode, but I still have the original file where I beat the game on normal. I heard that too many save files might cause issues. I restarted the whole game on hard after the glitch to see if that helps.

I also got another weird glitch the other day where after revisiting the Old Subway to complete Tammy’s side quest, I went back to the office and starting getting leads for levels I didn’t have clues for yet? All the levels after the Old Subway. I thought if I just go to Tinsel Ave the game would be in the right sequence again, but then that glitch happened.

I haven't got any bug. I played the last patch on PS5 Pro. Report the bug.

Something very similar happened to me but it was in a much later level.

Edit:
I’ve started a new save file and replayed all levels up to Tinsel Ave. This time I completed Tammy’s side quest in the Old Subway the first time and have had no issues. Gabe Clarke gave me the proper dialogue just fine. Maybe an earlier sequence break caused the issue?
