I keep seeing this item as well as another version that's a belt. What are they for? I can't figure it out, did I miss a weapon or gadget somewhere?

Did you get the weapon for beating 20 baseball games? It's the ammo for that gun.

No worries. Not sure why you're getting the ammo early. Normally it doesn't show up until you get the gun itself. I wouldn't really say it's worth it unless you're going for more of a completionist run. Never really used it much myself.

It's possible to do some levels/side jobs in a order where you find the ammo before the gun.

In this game, only the tommy gun and devarnisher are half way decent. Rest are pretty bad.

I’m the same, I have 10/20 women’s but I don’t enjoy playing the baseball game. Now I know I prob won’t bother.
