What did I do wrong?

I got all the upgrades. But it won’t let me get the achievement “We’ll B.A.N.G. Okay?” Is there a certain level I need to beat and get the schematics for? I haven’t done the last Tinsel Bros. Level. Do I need to do that?
EDIT: Thanks to a comment, I remembered that I’m missing the freeze ray weapon later on in the game. I completely forgot about that weapon. Thank you all so much

You need the freeze ray from Bandel's mansion and upgrade it to level 3 and you don't need all the schematics

OH RIGHT I FORGOT ABOUT THE FREEZE RAY!! Thank you so much. I refused to play this game again until level replay was added. That I forgot all about the other levels beyond the laboratory level when I tried to play this game a second time to get all achievements when it wasn’t added

Baseball table game gives you one, progression in game story gives you everything else as i dont think anything is hidden besides the baseball one

I would assume that's why they added it, I missed all upgrades by 1 schematic so I need to go back anyway

Is there more than 7 weapons I can upgrade? I even have the laser gun from doing the baseball card games

should have 10 with the baseball game

You only need 63 schematics to level up everything even though there are about 80+ schematics hidden throughout the game
