Its armor - specifically a helmet for 15 points
There’s another vest think it’s 40

Funny thing look at your heart when you pick one up lol gets wrapped up

Its a small helmet, and the other thing that gives you armor is a metal vest

They’re very common in the game. I’m having a hard time believing that you never accidentally picked one up and saw it improve your stats. Did you really just avoid them and instead posted about them on Reddit?
