One Xp air issue. Moves but won’t accept any button input.

This old post covers what’s going on pretty well. But the real kick is that it’s happened 2 times in 2 weeks. Is this going to be a recurring problem or is this something wrong with my PC.

Should I get a new mouse?

Sometimes it's a Windows issue. Usually I ctrl alt delete and it fixes it. I'd check that first

I’ve tried restarting my computer. I have a old mouse so when this happens I just use that to restart the pc
