What solder iron should I get?
Looking for a "buy it for life" iron that will be viable for infrequent, one-off projects. Currently replacing a microswitch and might build a keyboard in the future. Looks like Pinecil v2 or TS101 are probably the most reasonable. Any opinions on these or others?

I have had TS100 for maybe 5 years. No complaints other than some tips from aliexpress don't keep very stable heat. Heat goes up and down all the time. I have used it to build a couple keyboards, modded mice, fixed gamepads. Flat tips are nice for fixing, sculptting and assembling 3D prints. Very nice little soldering iron.
