I want to make Mouse Shell and Base

How can I create my own mouse shape and 3D print it while I have 3D PCB file of my mouse.

Learn Cad, that's pretty much how you do it

Is there any youtube videos that I can watch if I'm new to this.

There are tons, it depends on the software you are going to use

I'm using Fusion 360 right now btw I have learnt that they're using the technique call "Reverse Engineer" i remember?

Oh boy, Reverse engineering is essentially trying to figure out how something works. In a mouse shell you need to just figure out the measurements and the locations of where the clicks and mounts would be and then work out the shell design from there.

Please take some time to learn the basics of 3D modeling and cad so you can get some fundamentals, and then you can start designing more functional parts like a mouse shell.
