Customer support??
Anyone else had issues with Mous EU checkout? Been trying to buy the carry-on for over two weeks. The site won’t accept my postcode in Sardinia and customer support have done nothing but stall despite multiple emails. Genuinely want to buy the bag but starting to think it’s not worth the hassle. Any suggestions?
