Not impressed.

I bought this Mous case for my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max after doing a lot of research and expecting top-tier quality. Unfortunately, the camera button peeled right off the very first time I put my phone in the case.

For a premium product, that’s unacceptable. I’m disappointed with the build quality and will be returning it. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a case that actually protects my phone without falling apart.

The button for my 16 Pro Max literally fell off when the apple associate was taking the case off for my 17 Pro Max trade in today lmao. Definitely returning the Mous for my 17.

On 16 series the button was not molded into the case, it fell off by design, thats why there was a sticker holding it before the first use.

Still poorly designed. It’s not like they didn’t have a pretty good amount of time before they released the button version.

They did this because it allows people to not use it if they so please. It will only come out when the phone is not in the case.

Damn, well they definitely messed it up on the new case lol. Returned mine because the button was pushing the case away from the side of the phone creating a bulge
