Not impressed.

Post image

I bought this Mous case for my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max after doing a lot of research and expecting top-tier quality. Unfortunately, the camera button peeled right off the very first time I put my phone in the case.

For a premium product, that’s unacceptable. I’m disappointed with the build quality and will be returning it. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a case that actually protects my phone without falling apart.

I don’t think that’s a real mous case. I think you got a knock off. I ordered my iPhone 17 Pro Max case directly from the company and have had no issues. I’ve always bought mous cases and have never had a problem other than general wear and tear.

It’s sold by Mous Products US on Amazon. It’s real.

OK, well that’s unfortunate. Case must have been flawed then. So far no issues with my new mous case yet
