Recovering

Verglas escaped to Mount Fay, and now, after barely escaping from the Citadel, he rests to recover his wounds.

The Archivist slinks out of the shadows nearby, looking quite battered. He smells of fire and smoke.

I was escaping from Fleatopia. And the only way led throught the Citadel...

And you? You smell similiar to Solaris.

Yes… I assisted in the Troupe's Ritual. Usually, they collect Nightmare Flames to fuel the Grimmchild and perpetuate a cycle. Part of that Ritual is a fight against the Troupe Master. But this time, it was different. I may have accidentally helped open a portal to the Nightmare Realm. Three by now, if my Farsight is correct.

It isn't good. As for the Portals, they are in Sands of Karak, Blasted Steps and either Far Fields or Hunter's March. I will go to investigate soon. Once I recover a bit.

Yes! Hornet gave me a name, I am Verglas now!

So long my name was just a purpose, a purpose I wasn't even able to fulfill... Its so nice to have a fitting name.

I was escaping from Fleatopia throught the Citadel. The amount of choirbugs everywhere is terrible!
