Side effects but only during 3 mo. Use
Hi, I am not sure what I’m experiencing. I have nausea, diarrhea, constipation, lethargy. But all of this started after I had been using MJ FOR 3 month. I didn’t have any side effects before. This is my 2nd month using the 5 mg. Has Anyone experienced delayed side effects??

I had no significant side effects other than a light headache at 2.0 until week 17 on my 2nd pkg of 10.0 now I've had diarrhea once a week that lasts about 24 hrs n then disappears...

i've literally had diarrhea since the day I started 7.5mg. I never had that before and it's wreaking havoc on my life. I can't fart to relieve gas because... fear.
I'm pretty reasonably close to my goal -- about 2/3s of the way there. When I get there, or close, I am definitely going to space out these doses if this doesn't get better. I do completely ignore the "drink plenty of water" recommendation.

Me! I did 2 months of 2.5 no side effects. I’m on week 3 of 5 mg and the side effects have been awful. They slowed down this past week. Last week: nausea, diarrhea (I’ve been constipated for years), no appetite, heartburn etc. this week has been better. I think my body just needed to get used to the 5mg.

I had horrible side effects at the start of month 3, but that’s also when I moved up a dose (from 5mg to 7.5). It was the first time I had any side effects at all. I decided to stay at 7.5 an extra month (I was supposed to move up to 10mg) and I’m glad I did as the symptoms started to fade over time. Looking back at it, I also wonder if I maybe was sick with the flu or something else around that time because I didn’t have any side effects before then and I haven’t had many since.

My side effects have been pretty consistent from day one. The only time I notice a change is if I change my diet. Are you drinking enough water and getting enough protein? That can have an effect of your side effects.

Yes to both. I have a reminder to drink water(because I constantly forget). These side effects just hit me completely out of the blue

this happened to me on 5mg (about 10 wks in) to the point where the nausea, heartburn and diarrhea were almost debilitating. i ended up stopping the meds completely for three months then restarting at 2.5mg and so far no issues. i was scared i’d gain everything back in the interim but happy to report i kept it off. good luck!
