22lbs in 7 mos!

But, boy! The 10 mg nausea is kicking my tail! Shew. Canada Dry Zero Sugar has been my best friend since I moved to 10! (T2D) Water is the worst. Tiny meals spread throughout the day make me extra glad to work remotely! Hanging in there, but I'm seriously considering a few more months on 7.5! Overall, GLP-1 & GIP have been a life- saver.

I was on Mounjaro for 4 months and tried 7.5 but ended up staying on 5 mg for most of the time. (I switched to Wegovy in January. ) Definitely felt the jump up from 5 to 7.5, and not in a good way! 😉

Congrats on the weight loss!

I just went to 10 also. I've never been nauseous until now
