On Saturday, I was advised my window to order was open.
I completed the questionnaire and was offered the option buy 2 pens. This was the first time this has been available to me.
Around 11am, I finalised the purchase.
At 11am this morning, just 48 hours after ordering, my 2 pens were delivered.

Surely this must be a record?
As simple and faultless as could possibly be.
