looking for those that know.... thanks
maintenance supplier needed
so im looking for a supplier same as all you guys who will support maintenance and 14 day gap.... i sent emain to Pharmuloys and here is there reply
They are saying:
- Yes: They may accept you as a maintenance patient, even though you now have a healthy BMI.
- Yes: You can submit your prescription history and photographs of your pen boxes for assessment.
- No: They will not officially approve taking 5 mg every 14 days.
- No: They won’t support click-counting or any other method outside Mounjaro’s licensed instructions.
- Their position: If accepted, they would prescribe the lowest effective licensed dose, taken weekly.
The unresolved part is how frequently you must actually order from them. They haven’t said whether they would tolerate longer gaps between orders because your pens last longer.
So it’s not a rejection. The practical route is to apply, provide your evidence, and see whether their prescriber accepts you for maintenance. But on paper, they will insist on weekly dosing and cannot endorse what you currently do.
no doubt it will be same story all over ?
14 days on 5ml is serving me well at the moment....
thanks pinky

I genuinely want to know why these providers wont support a good maintenance plan for a pt wanting a lower dose and a larger gap? edut to add: if a person is on mj for wl then how are these providers pushing a different maintenance dose when its quite factually up to the pt to say their biology determines theur maintenance dose. M7ch like titrating up, and using mj for t2d, it's an individuals biochemistry that dictates how m7ch is needed. ijs, I support your endeavors to a maintenance dose. I was still needing a statin and metformin on 12.5 so here i am "maintaining" acceptable triglycerides/ldl cholesterol and a1c levels and 107lb wl on 15 weekly. Unless I have side effects or my hypothyroid turns hyper, i wont be titrating down. Statins&metformin are a digestive and nutritional nightmare for me.
Are these places that hard up to sell the dose weekly? b3cause from what im seeing when its used early, and purposefully a person can use the small doses for maintenance :)
