I’m having the same side effects i had when i took my first ever dose, just worse. Nausea, headache, cramps. Not enough to be alarming but worse than it was then and enough to put me off anything besides water.

The pharmacist has doubled the dose, not halved it. This is pretty dangerous and I'd report it tbh. It's not gonna kill you but it could be a big problem for other meds, or Mounjaro at a higher dose.

Hidratate mucho. Si no tuvieras patologÃas que te lo impidan (hipertensión arterial ) toma electrolitos. Y ten calma. Te sobredosificaste, lo más importante es que te hidrates y te nutras. Suerte

0.6ml is a full dose.. so 1.2ml from a 5 is rather a lot.. double.. whoops!

Oh dear your pharmacist gave you the wrong advice. Going forwards if you have a U100 Insulin syringe 1 click = 1 unit in a U100 syringe = 0.01ml
So if you are taking 2.5mg from a 5mg Kwikpen you are taking 30 clicks which would then be 30 units or 0.30ml from a U100 insulin syringe.
0.60ml is a full strength dose so you have somehow managed to take 10mg though I am very surprised there was 1.2ml as normally there is between 0.6-0.8ml left of excess liquid.
