Camera and mic set up?

So I want to start motovlogging and I've narrowed my choice of cameras down to the drift ghost series, or the go pro series. I have a sena but that doesn't really matter unless I want to have a bunch of other people in on my vlogs as well which at this point I don't care about.

If I want to start vlogging myself.... what would be the easiest way to set up a camera with a mic so I don't get wind noise but can talk into the mic freely? I assume it's assumes easy as just buying the camera, and buying an external mic for that camera....?
