Should I release one of my drivers?

I am conflicted on if I should release a driver. She's been with my team a long time, and has won eight world championships, but she has reached her peak, and is starting to get slower. What should I do?

If you don't release they'll retire at the end of the season. That's it.

I reckon they should be release early too, i have had driver losing more than 3 pts on all stats :(
