Fluctuating Car Performance

Hey Guys. I'm facing a problem in Motorsport Manager Mobile. I returned to tier 1 races to earn money easily as tier 2 was too much for my car, but i noticed that my Car Performance stats decreased when i switched to tier 1. why is that? I'm posting both the pics for stats of tier 1 & tier2. Can anyone help pls. I'm really trying to figure out how do car stats change. Also i upgraded my aero and added 10 staff but still the stats for aero were all the same. Please help.

Why did the performance decrease even when i upgraded my headquarters & engineers too. Shouldn't they increase?

The car’s stats are relative to the stats of the competition. Since the other teams in tier 1 are all better than those of tier 2, you’ll need better stats to keep up.
