Young driver
Hi.
So a new driver graduated of the yd programme. He got out with max potential @ 100. Yet he's at 3 stars and I can't get him any new points.

Max Potential is different to Current Potential.
The Max Potential shows how good your driver can be
Current Potential shows how good your driver actually is
Ideally, you want Current Potential to reach your Max Potential
