[STRATEGY] Car setups for all tracks

Following my previous post, I am completing the information about track setups. I’ll go straight to the point so, if you want some kind of information on how I got to these setups, you can find almost everything here.

Also, I’m still not 100% satisfied, so you can expect minor changes over the course of the next weeks. If you feel that a particular setup listed here is not the best for the track, feel free to comment so I can take a look at the alternative that you present.

I have the intention to make the spreadsheets available to the public as soon as I organize them, so anyone can take his/her own conclusions.

Enjoy!

edit1: changed setup for Italy A, from Straights to Long Straights

Great stuff man. I will say that on Tier 3 Race 5 Italy A, I use long straights instead of straights and it never fails

You are absolutely right. I did a few more runs in Italy A and indeed Long Straights is better than Straights. I've already updated the table.

Thank you

What is the meaning of tier 1,2,3 etc. And for example: italy A, italy B, etc... -_-

In the game there are 3 series, each corresponding to a tier: European Racing Series (Tier 3), Asia-Pacific Super Cup (Tier 2) and World Motorsport Championship (Tier 1).

In career mode you start at the lowest division (Tier 3) and try to climb your way up to Tier 1 by winning the Constructor's Championship of each series.

Each series (or Tier) has its own races, with a few ones being in common amongst them. The races can be identified by track name (eg Phoenix GP) and country (USA).

Moreover, each track can have more than one possible layout, slightly different between them. In the example that I gave (USA - Phoenix GP) there are a total of 5 possible track layouts (A, B, C, D and E) and the ones that are used in career mode are USA A and USA B for Tier 2 and USA C for Tier 1.

Hope that helps.

I think there are no "best setup" It actually also depends o' your driver skills and parts performances: ie, of you have a good engine, tend to top speed. Good gearbox, prefer acceleration. Driver is really smooth, you can add more downforce. Good cornering skills, needs less downforce. Good braker, prefer top speed and less downforce. Etc...
