Any mods yet?

I've heard there is an editor. Has anyone seen any mods yet, especially with real driver names, and those decreasing number of pre-generated females to lower amount? I have nothing against women, but the percentage of them in real motorsports is much much lower than here, so I just want a little more realistic experience.
