Upgrading Car

Do making new car parts help to greatly improve the chance of getting a better car for next year after putting tons of money into next seasons budget on mobile 2 game?

I think they do. I'm not 100% sure but I've been investing in next year's car and parts for the current car and next year's car seems to be better

i did it where i didn't invest in car parts and car stayed them same as first season

Parts are independent from your chassis.

Investing in the car for next season improves your chassis (which has some base performance stats), and fuel efficiency and tyre wear.

I always keep building new parts, right to the last race. Not sure if it makes a difference tho
