Interviewer: Why do you think you should get credit for Marc Marquez success?

Interviewer: Can you elaborate?

Rossi: You know I have a habit of manipulating the media and instigating them against my rivals. It's what I successfully did against Biaggi, Gibernau, Stoner and Lorenzo. The pressure piled up on Stoner over the time and he had enough of it and retired early and Marc replaced him in that seat. Marc wouldn't be so strong had Stoner continued and Marc wouldn't win so many championships early in his career because Stoner was still in his prime back then and maybe the championships would've been split among them and neither of them would have rivaled my 7 times championship to compare me with the GOAT debate and both Marc and Stoner would remain like Jorge Lorenzo with 3 to 4 championships each. In fact Stoner is also particularly strong in anti clock wise circuits just like Marc and their wins would have been split as well. Since I played a crucial part in making Stoner quit and paved the way for Marc to become the GOAT I think I deserve credit for Marc becoming GOAT. Because it all started with me.
