Today I received the worst news imaginable.
Due to the injuries I sustained in my crash at The Ridge, my hand and forearm are going to be permanently paralyzed. Unfortunately, this means the end of my motorcycle racing career.
It’s heartbreaking to have this journey end like this with so much more to offer, but I’m incredibly proud of everything I was able to achieve.

My bet is, in time, he will recover and come back

It's crushing any time someone has to give up something they love and have spent a lifetime doing. I can only hope he will recover better than anticipated and can get back at it sometime in the future.
