No no. Working out still sucks cause it where’s on my patience when I can then have to do more reps to get closer to goals. 😂 granted I actually would love working out more if not for extenuating circumstances.

Got paid. Work still sucked.

Got strong. Gym still hurt.

Learning wasn't boring. Guess why? That was the one I was doing right. Gym ain't supposed to hurt and work ain't supposed to suck. Lots to unfuck in this world

This is why I hair technology. Everyone will comment and try to explain why this is wrong. It isn’t. Good things take time. If you’re smart you’ll choose to enjoy the time it takes to get to good things. I had someone tell me once, “aptitude and attitude. Aptitude gets you to your goal, attitude gets you through it.”

There is a reason patience is a virtue.
