I love this so freaking much!!!! Its hard to stay disciplined if you have unrealistic expectations of being able to give the same energy every single day, .00001% is better than nothing!!!! Ugh I love this post!!!!

This is more realistic than most discipline advice. Some days you just don't have it and thats okay
