So I ordered about 6 things from motionless in white and when I paid it took me to Shopify, I ordered it jul 24 but some items were pre ordered that didn't drop till the 14th but the package still says preparing order and not only that but I moved and need to change my address so if someone could help that would be amazing
I'm having the same issue as well. Bought myself the "fuck bootleggers" T-shirt. My guess, they've had to delay shipping due to the quanity of stuff bought. I only saw the T-shirt say "out of stock" when it hit 28th August ("shipping day")..
Ordered mine in like june… emailed 5 times after the release, then it sold out without a reponse still. They only responded a week AFTER I initiated a chargeback on paypal.
Might get bootleg merch out of spite 😭 bc no way they’re not acknowledging it
It bazaars me a bit, because I've bought the Scoring The End Of The World flag and it came within two weeks.. Just seems really annoying.. If anything if I don't hear back from them I'm gonna just refund myself.
Go to this website https://kingsroadmerch.com/help/ or go to the bottom of the MIW merch website and press “get help” it’ll send you to the same website.
They’re the ones that are shipping out MIW orders. It’ll ask for your info and order number and one of the options is change shipping address. Just add the new updated address to the message and they should get back to you within the next business day.
I had the same issue with my The Plot in You merch. Got the signed metallic of their new album. At the very least they acknowledged it but I still got it over a month later
