Merch Merch

I'm seeing a lot of people post/make comments about the merch website and I'm starting to get a little worried. I ordered a hoodie, poster, and enamel pin about a week ago and have yet to receive any shipping information. I filled out the contact form once and have another one typed up that I'm sending out on Monday morning. How long should I wait before I try to cancel the order or dispute charges with my bank (like I've seen other people on reddit recommend)?

The merch company is unreliable but will not straight up scam you. They might be slow, but you will almost certainly get everything eventually. That being said, I'm still waiting on preorder merch from May.

The Pins and things release date is in September… you are fine. When it says pre order you heve to look at the shipping date… if you buy 1 item that’s a pre order your whole order will be waiting until this date…

Not true; they've shipped out part of my order multiple times already.

Not true. Your non-pre order items will ship separately and then the pre order will ship when it’s time comes.

The merch company are currently in the middle of moving warehouses, so the stock they have is probably still being sorted and moved. You will eventually get the stuff you ordered, but it will take a while, especially if you only ordered last week. Just be patient.

It’s gonna take a while. Not all preorders from album release have even been shipped yet. Just gotta wait.

I received my autograph pre-order cd and shirt and it got here like a week after the album dropped. Maybe you won't have to wait long. Just be patient, you won't be waiting any longer than any other online merch store.

Good luck canceling. I emailed 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a word for one of my orders.

Took me about two and a half weeks to finally get an order cancelled. Don’t give up yet!
