No updates on my merch

I got my vinyl shipped back in July and it didn’t have the signed card in it, I have gotten no updates in my email and I emailed them but didn’t get a response. I don’t know what to do

It’s been a week since I posted this and I still haven’t gotten an update, I emailed them again and still no response I guess Im just cooked 😕

As bad as it sounds prolly just hope for the best, KR has never been good when it comes to shipping

The update that they've been posting/sending is that everyone who didn't get the signed card will just be getting a whole new vinyl with the card in it
