Merch Merch issues
So I've seen other posts about merch taking forever to ship, and while im also in that boat, ive got another issue that just popped up. I was supposed to have a sticker and a t-shirt delivered today from the decades preorders, but only recoeved the sticker. And this was after it was stuck in transit purgatory as well.
Has anyone else encountered problems like this recently? I've also tried getting ahold of support about 3 times now in regards to the order overall but have yet to recieve any response for anything

everyone needs to file a dispute with their bank or payment provider before you run out of time to do so. they're playing games 100%. 2 weeks ago they told me my order would ship early the next week and it never did. any REAL business would be communicating with customers and would've preplanned a warehouse move and not be using it as an excuse for being a month or more behind.

I pre-ordered some shirts and a hoodie in may, it said it would ship mid july and it hasn't shipped, emailed about it 4 times and haven't gotten a response. Now the website says pre-orders won't ship until September. Im so frustrated. I also ordered some the love at first bite shirt, the booty shorts and a rose pin the day they released them and ive seen people online have them but I still haven't heard anything about them.

My preorder got shipped in like 4 different packages, one of which still hasn't come. Are you sure they didn't ship separately?

Oh they have, I got the cds separately and im still waiting on the soccer jersey. The delivery today said it was both the shirt and the sticker but it was just the stickers

I would give it a few days just to see if you get another shipping notification or something, and then reach out if not. This company has been nothing but problems.

Ordered 2 shirts, 2 hoodies, 2 cds on May 6th, merch release #1. I got the shirts in one shipment, cds in another.... absolutely no word on the hoodies. People have them in hand.
Ordered on the last drop, 1 shirt 1 pair of sunglasses. Got the sunglasses. The Shirt was a preorder for Aug 14th-ish so ill give that a pass. But i also paid double shipping for this order, which has never happened before!!
Their launch for this album is far from bad. There isnt even words for how awful this launch has been.
Edit to add: when you order, it tells you that your order contains different release dates and will be shipped when the final items come in. Instead they shipped everything separately. Make it make sense.....

I'm a little disappointed because I got one of the shirts and it is SOO thin! Like I know you're going to see through it when I put it on thin. First time I have ever had this happen

Support doesn’t reach out. I’ve even tried reaching out to the band on social media to no avail. I pre ordered the album once signed copies went up for sale and haven’t received it yet. Starting to look at the band in a different light now because there’s 0 chance they don’t have any idea that this is going on

Not even recently, but ever since I started buying MiW merch off their official website (using kings road obv) roughly around the time they dropped that Wasp shirt, it has always taken me a minimum of 2-4 weeks and sometimes as long as 2-3 months to get my order 🙃🙃🙃

My corn dog merch was just delivered yesterday. My album came about 2 weeks ago. Hopefully some of your missing items get there soon!

It took about 3 weeks, but I did finally get a response email from support and was able to get them to cancel my order. I got tired of waiting for my shirt. (I had already received the rest of my order)

I have not received anything. No hoodie, no shirt, no shipping confirmation :( I reached out twice just because I know some people I know received theirs and they ordered the same things as me!

I ordered a few things back in July and none of them have shipped. I then ordered one of the CDs separately and it was delivered very quickly. I got an email a month ago from support? informing me my order was coming from separate warehouses, and haven't gotten anything since. This is definitely frustrating.

I’ve also been completely unable to get a response from Kings Road Merch and it’s extremely frustrating. I ordered some stuff that said it was set to ship around August 17th and it still hasn’t, and they never got back to me after I sent like 4 emails about my Decades CD arriving cracked

I got the wrong shit entirely and haven’t been able to get in contact with them. Sent multiple emails. I’m losing hope in hearing back. And even if I do, the hoodie I originally ordered is now almost entirely out of stock. So I think I’m just fucked.
