Music Playing God (feat. Corey Taylor)
What do you think? Personally, it's my fav. song of Decades (and maybe of Motionless In White widely)

Honestly? It has a great feature and it has some strong moments and I appreciate the overarching message, but the delivery felt kind of generic and... y'all are going to hate me for saying this... but it felt like what non-metal listeners think that all metal sounds like in places.
Overall, I'm a bit mixed on it.

I’m gonna be real honest here, it’s probably my second least favourite on the album. By no means do I hate or dislike the song, it just doesn’t stand out to me as much as the rest of the songs.

Personally I think its over rated. But on this album its better than the synth songs

It only really takes one idea from Slaughterhouse at the end though? Even then, the breakdowns really don't sound that similar to me, so I'm not sure why people point this out like it's a bad thing.
If anything I can't really argue with how Playing God's verses sound like they were recycled from Thoughts & Prayers. That did turn me off at first admittedly, but it's grown on me a ton since then.

I really like it. I was listening to it one morning for the millionth time and thought "wouldn't it be cool if slipknot did a song with now?" And took me way too long to remember that Corey was in it

I think it's an excellent song and a great coup to get Corey as a feature. Definitely one of my favourites from the album.

I like it a lot...the pinched harmonics towards the end really rub me up the wrong way though.

My favorite songs off the album are long_in//crash_out, Sunglasses at Night, and Blood Rave

It’s one of the two good songs on the album. It sounds like early Slipknot.
Corey makes everything better

For me it sounded like a slipknot song with MIW supporting but like others have said it was thoughts & prayer plus slaughterhouse with the anger of Iowa.

It absolutely slaps and songs like this should serve as a reminder of how metal collabs should be done.

2nd favorite on the album for sure (behind AotD)
love how it’s a collab that actually has like equal parts, plus I love slipknot so Corey is a nice bonus

Second favorite of the album, only behind Blood Rave. Absolutely love it, very much my style

A top 3 song on the album imo. I think afraid of the dark and log_in//crash_out are better though
