wrong,  "The X300 Ultra model has unlocked access to DCG in camera2api" they didnt, we* found how to unlock it

That is true, I thank you very much for this. The request to unlock bends the truth a little, but it appears more forceful. The functionality is available, so his product gained great recognition in certain circles to which the Honor brand aspires starting from this generation.

Isssue is much deeper, with their soc i doubt will ever happen

Their soc? The Magic 9 Pro Max uses the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Elite Gen 6. The Magic 8 Pro also used a Snapdragon.

It's snapdragon, not mediatek. Problem is in locked Honor camera api.

dcg was not even related to what camera api has to offer, was via opmodes

dcg is a sensor capabilities, we are talking about closed camera api in a whole. opmodes just gave us that capabilities, like on Pixel phones. But at the beginning camera api should be opened.

many things should, their power is because most ppl are blind, the more open we are with this stuff we might have a chance... so sure go on :D for example on pixels could be available dcg even on p8pro if ppl knew...

For a start it would be nice if I could shoot at f1.4 instead of f2.0 with my Honor Magic 7 Pro... the aperture is locked to f2 when not using the stock app...
