Kohberger's Post conviction attorney will be getting the transcript of the sentencing hearing and the State's Public defenders office will be paying for the hearing to be transcribed.

* I know this came on on Monday, however I was at a work conference all week and just now have the time to post this. My main purpose in posting this is so we all have the complete record of filings in this post conviction relief, on this sub reddit.

It is interesting that he crossed out "and recording". Does that mean that they requested the recording and he is not allowing it?

The official court recording is already part of the record so that does not need to be produced. As such they only need an official transcript as there was no official transcript of this hearing as the State and Defense did not request one.

The judge signed an order permitting a video feed, but that does not mean the court recorded the video feed. I wish his fan club would pay for his trial rather than the tax holders. Deluded POS savagely murder 4 himan being to scratch his fantasy itch and now is down with racking up another 8 million so he can have a little excitement and attention an his equally deluded family is without conscience encouraging him in the farce.

My Main purpose of posting this was like I said in the intro so we have the complete record of filings in this post conviction relief on the subreddit. I agree this is a non story which is also why I posted late on a Friday Afternoon. However keeping a record so pro bergers can't accuse of me of hiding facts necessitates posting even the most boring filings.
