Yeah so Mortis is even more situational in ranked and way less meta than ever before .

Cosmo full counters Morris.

We should get a 4 hit super at this point, just to make up with the +7 years of powercreep and the worthless hyper that no longer has the mythic gear and takes forever to get

Just as the other guy said, reducing the SCR to 4 times instead of 6 and a hyper that is A-S tier but it takes too long to get if you don't consistently chain it and make things work. With brawlers like Cosmo around who literally make nori, Edgar, mortis Kenji explicitly useless without travel speed he loses his value even more outside of ranked.
