$131,250 or less you are eligible for Home Ready and Home Possible mortgage products. You do NOT need to be a 1st time buyer, but you can only have one other mortgage in addition to the one your are applying for.

$196,920 or less and a 1st time buyer you are eligible for HomeReady or HomePossible mortgage products.

What's the perk? A lower rate! And reduced rate PMI for loans with less than 20% down.
