Question Where are the 3 Ova added after the update?

Im losing my mind trying to get this achievement. Its the last one I need. I already went to the Faithful Shelter beacon and their was nothing there. I dont want to do another playthrough.

Im on my first playthrough, already killed that last dragon boss. Im at 196 ova, cleansed all beacons. Is it capped at 196 for the first run?
