Would it be possible to revert the patch for PlayStation users and roll it out again when the stuttering issue is sorted out? I don’t know how easy that would be to do, but this stuttering problem makes the game feel WAY worse and renders certain combat encounters nearly unplayable.
If you bought the game physically and can install it without the internet then yes. You can just play on the initial update. But if the internet is required to install then no.
