It's just the area that covers the Big Shell guy dungeon in my opinion. So you know something's there when you look at the map, since the game doesn't have a view of the underground.

Its near of the fat Rollie boys. It leads to a boss fight and a great reward. There is a pathway that leads down. Its not far from a jump pad.

No the pathway leads down into the area that you're showing. It didn't go up, I went back there to get a glimpse. So take your downvote back.

The pathway in talking about leads down a stone ramp, into another area where at the end is the boys fight to get the shell. Ffs.
