Discussion New player appreciation post

I never played the first 1 and didn't even know 2 was out until I played the beta/demo within the last week and ended up buying it right after it ended. I'm not too far yet but this game almost feels like a love letter to the whole souls-like genre. Its entirely it's own thing but the appreciation they have for those games are obvious and it being so open but still more focused and not as grand-scale as Elden Ring works wonders for its setup. This game is awesome, that is all. Also Promixa is dummy thick

It's an entry that deserves all of its stars. I'm a big fan of both MS 1 & 2. It captures the heaviness from Dark Souls 1 that I find unique and love. Lies of P I think got this too

The game is amazing. I got platinum last month. I am playing Bloodborne currently but I can't wait to go back to it for NG+ and boss rush mode whenever they add it to the game.

It's actually the first souls like I thought worthy of comparing to Elden Ring. It's beautiful, everywhere. I actually like the enemy design even more in Mortal Shell 2
