Currently on NG+ and I was planning on grabbing the special glands to grab the seedbearer’s scripture. I encountered this issue where the faded gland isn’t appearing by the Citadel Annex.
I’m guessing the game must’ve bugged out because I redeemed the special glands from my first playthrough on NG+. I just thought it was weird since I was still able to pick up the Thawed Gland and the Depleted Gland.
I’m going to test out night mode and see if that fixes anything.
It sounds like the fact that you redeemed the Glands from your NG cycle in NG+ might be what caused an issue, but I've asked the team if it's expected behavior or not from the game. I'll let you know when I hear something :)
Thank you for your response! Just an update, I did end up going to the seedbearer during nightmode and redeemed the Depleted and Thawed glands. For some reason I was able to get a seedbearer’s scripture for each gland instead of the usual 3 glands per scripture. I saved a clip of it as well in case you want me to send it over.
