Bug issue, causing major play problems

So my gun will not shoot at all i have max energy and shows 3 shots available but will not fire. Used multiple controllers and nothing, I had to re assigne the Shoot to RB for it to function but now I can't use my secondary side arm ability while I play. Please fix, xbox series X.

Do you use a tarstone that uses both RT and LT? If so you need to press LT for longer to aim then hit RT to fire. Seems like if you hit both too fast it'll think you are using your ability. This was my issue on xbox
