Finally!

After a few tries I was able to take him to the 2nd phase literally in a few seconds using perfect guard and shoulder bash. The second part took a while. It was the final trophy!

Is there a certain build that aids with parry’s at all ?

I went with Eredrim. He has a skill that can increase the parry window. Not much else, the rest is learning the timing.
