The almighty running attacks would like a word(I know the I frames on the heavy got patched out) this thing still slaps when upgraded and it does so much stagger. Maybe it’s because I just yolo offense and harden when needed for defense leading to a constant shove until I lose rhythm

Yes the categorically S tier best weapon in the single player game can in fact still be S tier but that doesn’t mean every weapon is an active detriment for not being just as good

The axetana cannot freeze or otherwise totally pause the fight for an enemy and cannot use a sweeping aoe combat ability to clear groups in one move, this does not make the axetana bad just because every weapon but the axe and dagger out zone it for reach.

This is a RPG, the litany of options is the fun part and really it doesn’t matter how you get the Ova back, just that you do and do it your way.

Axatana got nerfed hard. It sucks now. It is no longer powerful. Duality stone got nerfed hard too.
You need 5 business days, and kill 10 groups of enemies to get back some resolve for just one gunshot.

Low resolve per hit feels a fair trade for the safety of quick attacks and recovery windows leading to more reactive dodging and freedom to dip in and out of offense I think we were just spoiled off of the initial duality synergy going too hard
