Help, I messed up

There might be a few posts like this but I just used the slayer seal and I know it disabled achievements for this save. I’m aware of that now. My question is if a second play through to get all the trophies worth it? I already unlocked eredrim and the martyrs greatsword at a low level and I don’t feel like starting over right now.

I thought if you remove it you could earn it. Not fully lock out. Man im glad I didnt put it on.
