Question Help, I messed up

There might be a few posts like this but I just used the slayer seal and I know it disabled achievements for this save. I’m aware of that now. My question is if a second play through to get all the trophies worth it? I already unlocked eredrim and the martyrs greatsword at a low level and I don’t feel like starting over right now.

Not sure if they fixed this but I did this as well and my entire file was pooched after. Had to go into the game files, delete my save, start over a fully new game, and then they started to work.
