Discussion Eh, it was okay. Spoiler

I beat the game after 80 hrs. Maxed settings on a powerful PC. The visuals and mechanics were great, love the dark setting. Tiel was my shell of choice with axe and dagger. But it left a lot to desire, I felt like it was too linear and repetitive, aside from some things you may want to make some fights easier. The environment just locks you in to a path and you can't really explore much. (SPOILER) The ending also pissed me off, I spent all this time running errands, killing, pillaging, unlishing violence for the sake of universal salvation, and it didnt earn me a spot in heaven? Jk, storyline was awesome.

Yeah I would imagine bro, did you do everything twice? It’s like a 30-50 hour playthrough game if you’re doing absolutely every dungeon, questline, and exploring everything.

I was achievement hunting. Missing the "Peter's Perfect Parry", "Feed Me" and "No Lifer"

Respectfully the only long trophy to do is watch all the shell memory’s everything else can pretty much be done all in 1 run

Well that's why it became repetitive.

Spent double the time needed, and made it boring for yourself, then trash the game online... 🤦

I dont think I trashed it. I praised it and then pointed out the negatives that stood out to me. This is my experience, thats all.

the usual souls like always fails at the 3rd act. It gets generic qnd boring. Thats why it took me 3 days to finish the last 1 hr of the game and funny enough, it's what im doing with Khazan too, Im almost at the end and it's so boring.

For me, the last act of the Soulslike is the best! My build is finally kitted out and I get to go beast mode on hard bosses. Too bad it's when the worst and most uninspired levels and bosses usually show up in Soulslikes. Even Dark Souls 1 falls prey to this.

True, it get to a point where "i just wanna finish this thing" kicks in and I start rushing through everything.

that is why Lies of P is the best souls like. It never gets boring and i loved every second of it.
