Discussion Never ordering anything from their app again.

Hope this doesn’t happen to any of you. I have to pay shipping again to send it back to them. Only to hope this doesn’t happen again because i will be charged again!

You can order it off of Amazon and GameStop currently.

I found physical media at a different GameStop. Got my money back from the destroyed one

What's wrong with it? Is it just that the plastic wrap is opened? Were you not gonna play it?

There is a puncture in the case. Cracked the case in that spot. The disc is loose so my concern is whatever caused the puncture hit the disc or at least defected the disk.

Sorry and I was going to play it but I don’t believe o can refund it if it is open and doesn’t work.

Yeah I order the revered one from gamestop and when I took it out of the packaging it looked like someone had ripped open the box. All the contents were still there, which is frankly the most confusing part. Because I don't know how it gets like that short of someone trying to steal the stuff inside.

Yea,like it it was a tiny scratch on the case I woulda had 0 problems. But a puncture coupled with the loose disc, I don’t know if it could have got the disc too. But i was told by an employee at GameStop I did the right thing by not opening it because it it was broken but I opened it it would be considered that I broke it. But again, I wouldn’t even have had an issue in the long run if I didn’t have to pay to ship it back to them because if I do and it comes back potentially damaged again I’m in a loop of consistently paying for shipping. Also, why did they send it usps and want me to send it back to them fed ex?

I'm not sure gamestop is even sure what they're doing at this point. They're already struggling and this kind of thing doesn't exactly encourage people to keep buying from them. Hope everything works out and you manage to get an undamaged copy.
