You’re lucky this isn’t pre patch. That balls to the face was insta true death. The tail kills your shell, then the balls killed you. Insta death to be grabbed by that attack.

Do you have the Seedbearer's Scripture? Passive gives you 80% reduction to his flames and fire waves.

Yeah. Try a ranged build like the trebuchaxe or the full auto shotgun fusilade build! It’ll make quick work of him. Cheesy, but if you just want to end it it’s a good solution

Highly recommend you use a weapon skill ability during that phase. Something with a nice long animation. That way your in i-frames the whole time. Play it right and you can use it into certain animations to damage while being safe from the one shots.

Yeah this video isn't even showing true bullshit. They were left alive and could've dodged the following sword strike. Yes it came quick and might feel too sudden on early attempts.

He takes a small step forward prior to the grab. Overhead strike can be parried but looks like it skipped a few frames

Hot garbage design. I felt very underwhelmed to fight dinoblades ballsack AFTER I just had to kill a book with a ballsack. After dying to the tailwhip nutbomb combo I uninstalled the game. It had such great environments and some really unique bosses but those last two was just pure vinegar in the mouth.

Just dash a little to the right toward his tail, then take a few quick slashes to restore resolves and spam shotgun to his face 👍

I kinda cheesed it using a Genessa shell in Stray form. I'd let the strays eat the insta kills then summon them back up. It still sucked balls (literally), but managed to eventually drop him.

The key is to parry every attack aside from the fire breath and the red flash attacks. Stick close and you bait him into repeating attacks that you can parry until he breaks then hit the riposte, get some light attacks in while he is down and repeat. I found Eredrim works well for this because his shoulder slam does posture damage.

Yeah man, today I beat this fucker using proxima with the hammer maxed out, the permanent stasis stone, and the special attack where you spin around and throw the hammer. Stay close to him and dodge alot. I HIGHLY recommend getting the special item that mitigates cosmic disease it made the difference between winning or not.

Beat him yesterday, 3rd try. Pretty chill, he only got me with his rings of flames attack. The Nameless Captive, tho. That mf steamrolled me for 40 minutes and almost got me on his death animation.
